We had a great experience staying here for 3 nights. The location and price were great! It was about 20 min away from Universal Studios and traffic wasn’t bad at all. The rooms were clean and upgraded. The only reason for losing a star was the hot tub wasn’t very hot. It was warm enough to enjoy but didn’t give us the full spa experience we’d hoped for. The only other complaint I’d have is that the sound insulation wasn’t amazing. I was woken up several times in the night due to loud people in the parking lot or cars driving loudly by. Overall I’d definitely stay here again! The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Very clean rooms, nicely kept grounds, and great location! Dennys being in the parking lot was also a great perk!
We enjoyed our stay. Clean not new. The AC was great unlike so many places. It didn’t blow straight on us but kept the room cool. The staff was really nice.
This place came in handy I live in palm springs but was having sugery on my back in Sherman Oaks. Thank you for the awsome big rooms great showers an tv. And great front desk people. 10 form me
WOW What a hidden Gem We had the clean wheelchair accessible Jacuzzi to ourselves in the starlight perfect temperature water and weather. Thank You for such a great stay Plenty of towels and great service Anthony
The room was great, very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, especially the pillows. Super soft. The Denny's is located conveniently around the corner from where my room was and the food was, as it always is, delicious. They forgot my toast the first time, but I got it the next morning. Overall, really great place to stay and I'll definitely be staying again, sometime soon.
I see this place like an "economy plus" category. Rooms are basic but fully functional. Everything in them works as expected. Very clean inside and outside on the halls, elevators, parking lot and common areas like the pool and laundry room. Access to a restaurant next door which is super convenient for a quick meal. Quick access to the 405 and the 101 to get you places or even local on Sepulveda, Burbank and Ventura Bl. Plenty of parking that includes electric charging stations, parking for compact and not so compact vehicles. I'd definitely consider coming back here for my next visit
I love staying here. Except the $4.00 to wash and $4.00 to dry with a card. But reasonable place to do laundry is only a few blocks away. Nice staff. Also hot tub very clean but hours are not so great. Could OPEN sooner with a 12:00 check out. No time to shower after without rushing about.
Sorry I didn't ask his name I was exhausted just wanted a shower and a drink at the moment lol but when I checked in like I said I was exhausted on a train for 2 days the guy at the counter was super busy but very welcoming and informative. The rooms were clean nice looking hotel... Dennys in same parking lot but Dennys service sucked so we went to norm's but Best Western is definitely a place to consider next time Im vist So Cal again. Thanks guys!
